Our Role in the Process
We conduct the initial interview and screening on behalf of our clients. Once we’ve completed this step, we’ll share your information with the client so they can meet you and make the final hiring decision.
Your Employment with Globaltize
You are employed directly by Globaltize. We handle all staffing logistics, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, so you can focus on doing what you do best. We pay you weekly through Wise in your preferred currency while billing the client separately, ensuring a seamless process for everyone involved
What’s Next After This Interview
After this interview, there will be one final interview with the client. The client will ultimately decide if they would like to move forward with hiring you through Globaltize. Before the final interview, we’ll provide you with detailed information about the client’s business and the specific job tasks. During the client interview, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask additional questions about their company and the day-to-day tasks involved in the role.
