What Happens Next?
More Information on the Client:
- After we receive your signature, your recruitment manager will reach out shortly to share more information about the client’s brand, their website, and any specific details to help you prepare for your interview with them. This is your chance to learn more about the company and align your research with their needs.
1-2 Weeks Timeline
- Your profile, including your resume, video introduction, and other details, will be presented to our client shortly. Once presented, please allow 1-2 weeks for the client to review your information. In some cases, this process may be faster depending on the position.
Notification of Submission
- Once your information has been processed and sent to the client, you will be notified. At this point, you can start checking your inbox to see if they have reached out to schedule an interview with you.
Interview Scheduling
- While most clients only require a basic interview, some may have additional steps like multiple interview rounds, personality or skill assessments, or other screening processes.
- In some cases, you may also be asked to complete a sample or trial task, but rest assured, all such tasks are paid work.
What If This Client Isn’t the Right Fit?
If for any reason the client decides not to move forward with you, don’t worry!
- Your profile will remain in our system.
- We’ll contact you when a future client’s requirements align with your experience.
- Best of all, you won’t need to go through the interview process again with Globaltize.
Key Information from Your Preliminary Offer
Here’s a quick reminder of some important points:
- Flexible Work Hours Clients may offer fixed schedules or flexible hours depending on their needs.
- Weekly PaymentsYou’ll be paid weekly on Fridays in your preferred currency
- Future OpportunitiesIf this role doesn’t work out, you can still explore additional part-time or full- time opportunities with Globaltize clients in the future.
- Maintain Confidentiality You are strictly prohibited from discussing your salary amount, payments, or financial arrangements with the client as it is all handled by Globaltize. Any violation of this policy is considered a breach of your agreement with Globaltize and may result in termination and legal action.
