What Happens Next?
Step 1: We Begin the Search
- Our expert recruiters will start sourcing candidates for your role immediately.
- Candidates go through a rigorous screening process, ensuring only the best are shortlisted and presented to you.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to present candidates, though we may deliver results sooner depending on the role’s complexity.
Step 2: Review the Final Candidates
- Candidate name and contact information.
- Resume, portfolio, and video introduction.
- Final negotiated salary payable to Globaltize monthly.
- Interview summary and key details to help you make an informed decision.
Step 3: Schedule Interviews
- You can schedule interviews directly with the candidates via email, or let us assist you and book them for you.
- Each candidate is prepared to meet you and eagerly awaits your questions.
Step 4: Make Your Selection and Decide on an Official Start Date
- Once you’ve chosen the best fit, let us know!
- Provide an official start date, and we’ll handle payroll setup and onboarding logistics.
Tip: Please review candidates within 48 hours
to secure top talent before they are hired elsewhere.
How Payment Works
Billing Cycle
Payment starts on the candidate’s agreed start date and recurs monthly. For example, if their start date lands on the 10th of the month, you will be billed on the 10th of each month moving forward.
Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer, ACH, or wire transfer through Stripe to ensure seamless processing and avoid credit card fees.
Payment to Candidates
All payments are routed through Globaltize to ensure timely payroll distribution to candidates, avoiding international complications.
How to Track Time
We do not require time tracking and it is optional since all hourly tiers are fixed for the month and you are billed based on your chosen tier. However, we do recommend to have your candidate keep track internally so you are aware on how many hours they have worked/how many are left:
Manual Tracking
Use tools like Clockify or a simple Spreadsheet (avoid screen capturing)
Fixed Hours
Candidates adhere to the schedule you choose (e.g., 2, 4, or 8 hours per day).
Metric Based Tracking
Use Task-based or KPI-based tracking (best for creative roles).

We’ve also attached our Procedures & Time Off Policies below for your reference that goes over PTO, benefits, bonuses, etc. Please save a copy for your records:
Frequently Asked Questions
No, you do not need to interview the candidates, but it is highly recommended to ensure you select the best fit for your team. Alternatively, you can choose to interview just one candidate or all of them if you’d like to evaluate certain individuals more thoroughly. This flexibility allows you to tailor the process to your specific preferences.
Absolutely! We’re happy to coordinate interviews for you if you need support. We can have the candidates book on your existing calendar or collect your availability and book them manually.
If none of the candidates meet your expectations, you have two options. First, we can restart the search and present a new set of candidates at no additional cost. This process may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ensure we find the right match for your needs. Alternatively, if you decide not to move forward with any candidates, we can part ways at this stage without any charges, as you only pay once you decide to hire a candidate.
You can increase or decrease hours with one week’s notice, and we’ll adjust the next billing cycle accordingly.

If the candidate isn’t a fit for whatever reason we are happy to provide a replacement free of charge.

Globaltize ensures liability and compliance with local labor laws, hiring, taxes, and payroll, but since we are not involved in the candidate’s day-to-day work, the client is responsible for any work-related issues or liabilities.
While we ensure candidates have relevant skills, training for company-specific tools and workflows should be provided by your team.
We leave it up to you to measure the candidate’s performance and output through metrics, deliverables, or KPIs, as we are not involved in their day-to-day activities. However, we will check in regularly to ensure productivity aligns with your standards and are here to assist if any performance concerns arise.
