Definitions
“Client” refers to the individual or business entity that engages Globaltize for recruitment or staffing services.
“Candidate” refers to any talent sourced, introduced, or staffed by Globaltize on behalf of the Client.
“Services” refers to the remote recruitment and staffing services provided by Globaltize.
“Billing Cycle” refers to the monthly subscription term in which services are rendered and paid for.
Service Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into contracts
Be authorized to act on behalf of your company or organization
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Description of Services
Globaltize provides recruitment and staffing services delivered entirely online. We help companies source, hire, and manage remote talent, primarily from international markets. All services are offered on a month-to-month basis under a service agreement.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made upfront, either on or before the candidate’s official start date. Services will not begin until full payment is received. Continued use of services after each billing cycle constitutes agreement to renew services for the next cycle.
Fulfillment Policy
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be granted for time already worked by the candidate since the billing start date, as candidates must be compensated for work rendered. If the Client chooses to terminate the engagement, a refund will only be provided for any remaining, unworked time in the current billing period. Approved refund requests will be prorated based on the unused portion of the billing cycle.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered digitally and remotely.
Return Policy:
Our services are time- and labor-based and cannot be “returned.” However, clients may cancel services as outlined below.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect after the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
1. Communicate professionally and respectfully with all candidates and Globaltize team members
2. Provide timely feedback and direction during the hiring and staffing process
3. Avoid discriminatory behavior or language when dealing with candidates
4. Honor any applicable labor or contract agreements related to remote staff
We reserve the right to discontinue service if these expectations are not met.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and service materials — including but not limited to text, branding, logos, images, graphics, and documentation — is the property of Globaltize and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Clients retain full rights to any work or deliverables created by hired candidates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or private information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to client information, candidate data, and internal business processes.
Globaltize takes strict steps to ensure candidate and client data is kept secure and not disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.
Termination
Globaltize reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to:
1. Breach of these Terms
2. Nonpayment
3. Abuse or misconduct toward candidates or Globaltize staff
In such cases, unused services may be forfeited, and any refund will be subject to our standard refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globaltize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational harm. We do not guarantee the performance or long-term retention of any candidate. Our role is to facilitate hiring, not to manage day-to-day employment matters.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles
