Globaltize, “we”, “our”, or “us”, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with our ads.

Who We Are and Scope

Globaltize provides recruitment, staffing, and related services. This policy applies to our website, forms, emails, and advertising pixels on our site. For residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, see Section 7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights.

Information We Collect

A. Information you provide:

Identifiers, name, email, phone, company
Professional details, role, hiring needs, resumes or applications you upload
Billing and payment info for clients, processed by our payment provider: Stripe
Communications, messages, and meeting bookings through tools like Calendly and Hubspot

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, for example biometric data or government IDs, and we ask that you do not submit it.  

B. Information collected automatically:

Device and technical data, IP address, browser, device type
Usage data, pages viewed, links clicked, time on site
Approximate location derived from IP
Cookies and similar technologies, see Section 4. Cookies and Ads

C. Information from third parties:

Analytics and advertising partners, for example Google Analytics and Meta, provide aggregated or pseudonymous engagement data
Payment and CRM providers, for example Stripe, Calendly, and HubSpot, provide transaction and account context
Job boards and background screening vendors, if used for a role with your consent

The services we sell are not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other ad networks. Their collection and use of data are governed by their own privacy policies.

You can opt out of advertising related cookies by selecting the “Edit Preferences” box in our cookie popup, then clicking “Save My Preferences”. You can update your preferences at any time by returning to this menu or by contacting us at legal@globaltize.com.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals for California residents. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for cross context ads on that browser.
Email marketing, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or emailing legal@globaltize.com.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use criteria such as the nature of the data, risk of harm, and our legal obligations to determine retention periods.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

California, CCPA and CPRA  

Residents of California have the right to:

Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross context advertising
Receive equal service and price even if you exercise your rights, no discrimination
Limit the use of sensitive personal information, we do not use sensitive personal information, as defined by CPRA, for inferring characteristics or for any purpose that requires a Limit request

How to exercise rights:

Submit a request to legal@globaltize.com. We will verify your request, which may require confirming your email or other information. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification of both agent and consumer.

Categories we may collect, with examples:

Identifiers, name, email, IP address. Commercial information, records of services purchased. Internet or network activity, browsing and interaction data. Approximate geolocation. Professional information, job title and company. Inferences derived from site interactions, audience segments used for ads. Financial data for clients, processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal information for money, we may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross context ads unless you opt out.

Other U.S. states:

For residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and any state with similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. Use the same contact method and cookie preferences described above. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response with “appeal” in the subject line.

EEA, UK, and other international regions:

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at legal@globaltize.com to exercise these rights.

International Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or participation by providers in an approved framework, along with supplementary measures when required.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and authorities when required by law.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for business users over 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
