A. Information you provide:

Professional details, role, hiring needs, resumes or applications you upload
Billing and payment info for clients, processed by our payment provider: Stripe
Communications, messages, and meeting bookings through tools like Calendly and Hubspot
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, for example biometric data or government IDs, and we ask that you do not submit it.

Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, which California law calls “sharing”. You can opt out as described above.

How to exercise rights:
Submit a request to legal@globaltize.com. We will verify your request, which may require confirming your email or other information. You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification of both agent and consumer.
Categories we may collect, with examples:
Identifiers, name, email, IP address. Commercial information, records of services purchased. Internet or network activity, browsing and interaction data. Approximate geolocation. Professional information, job title and company. Inferences derived from site interactions, audience segments used for ads. Financial data for clients, processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal information for money, we may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross context ads unless you opt out.
Other U.S. states:
For residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and any state with similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. Use the same contact method and cookie preferences described above. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response with “appeal” in the subject line.
EEA, UK, and other international regions:
You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. International Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or participation by providers in an approved framework, along with supplementary measures when required.
